每次提交操作或者保存的时候提示PHP Fatal error: strict_types declaration
更换主机后，每次提交操作 或者保存的时候提示如下图，环境是 iis下配置的 ，权限也全部开启 可读可写了
还一个强类型的问题，在我的测试服务器上都是正常运行的
